The Regen/Organic Impact Agricultural Project is based in Navuni, Seaqaqa—an area widely recognized as one of Fiji’s prime regions for pineapple cultivation. The project spans 130 acres of freehold land, ideally suited for large-scale commercial farming. Its primary focus is the production of premium sweet golden pineapples for both domestic and international markets. Alongside pineapples, the project will cultivate high-demand cash crops such as tomatoes, capsicum, and watermelons under protected cropping systems to ensure consistent quality and quicker returns.

The company is seeking a joint venture partner to invest USD 250,000 in the first Phase and USD 750,000 in the second Phase (a total of USD $1M total capital investment) in exchange for an equity stake through mutually agreed-upon shareholding arrangements. With funding, Phase One of the project is ready to launch immediately, followed 9–12 months later by Phase Two, which will focus on value-added processing and equipment.
